“Sole Pioggia Vento” by Julia Carrillo at Milano Centrale Festival 2025

The project “Sole Pioggia Vento” by Julia Carrillo took part in the Milano Centrale Festival (October 3–5, 2025), a contemporary art event where photography, video art, installations, artist’s books, performances, and talks animated the eastern area of Milan, stretching from Central Station along the Naviglio della Martesana.

Unusual locations for the art world become experimental workshops hosting artists engaged in the exploration of photographic and video language, while also offering the opportunity to present an unexpected Milan—one made of distinctive neighborhoods and green spaces, unfolding from the skyscrapers of Melchiorre Gioia towards the countryside.

The exhibition “Sole Pioggia Vento” opened on October 3 in the presence of the artist and was installed at Galleria Condominio, Via Melchiorre Gioia 41.
